“We are spending money on improving the sleep experience for our guests, with dramatic improvements to the beds and linens. For example, we have added new pillow top mattresses, linens, & down filled duvets, to add to the extreme comfort and relaxation experience of all the beds in the rooms, as well as the chalets”, said President Pat Corbett.”We have wanted to create the ultimate sleep experience for our guests, so we have maximized our options for the guests sake”, he said.
“We have also added two larger screen 27 inch TV’s in each of the rooms & chalets, while adding cable vision to the entire ranch including all rooms & chalets in order to improve the over-all comfort and relaxation, & entertainment experience of the rooms”, added President Pat Corbett. “Furthermore, ensuring that the chalet master bedrooms also have new 21 inch TV’s with cable vision, is another way we are stepping up the guest experience”, he added.
“We are also placing electric fireplaces into ALL chalets as well! This will answer the requests for the past few years coming from our guests to have our chalets equipped with fireplaces, which will add tremendously to the comfort and relaxation of the guests experiences here with us”, Corbett added.
“We have also heard from our guests that the bathrooms needed upgrading. So, all of the bathrooms are being given new tile floors, while many tub enclosures are being replaced as well. The new flooring helps to make an outstanding upgrade to the bathrooms, thereby giving our guests what they have been asking for”.
“We have also improved our fitness center, another extremely critical & popular area for our guests. We have added all new fitness equipment this year, and have completely re-decorated the room as well, updating the over-all guest experience there as well”, said Wellness Director, Regula Wittmer. The guests are loving our new extensive fitness changes, and love the new decor !
“In addition, we have also completely re-decorated the walls in our dining room and lobby areas, making the experience of dining and welcome to the ranch, completely new. The new colours and wall decor have made a dramatic change to create a more relaxing atmosphere here”, said long term front desk staff member Heidi Hapalo. “Our guests are loving the changes”.
Further improvements continue to the ranch, helping to ensure that our guests have a great relaxation and comfort experience here, that’s our focus for the money that we are spending, Corbett concluded. “We have other improvement projects planned for the rest of the winter, including our pool area”, he added.
